Recent Podcasts Offer HR Guidance During Pandemic

Laurie Huspen, founder of Valuable Resources, Co. (VRC), a leading human resources consulting and training group, has released several episodes in her podcast series Taboo Topix, to provide guidance to employers during the coronavirus outbreak.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, companies across the country have had major disruptions to their operating procedures, including the challenge of learning how to manage a work-from-home team. During this time, Huspen says it is critically important for employers and employees to stay connected.

"Employees need to see and hear from leadership on a regular basis," claimed Huspen. "Company leaders are now tasked with finding ways to stay connected, monitor activities and maintain training initiatives even while employees work remotely."
