Batavia
• A 2002 Mack semi-tractor truck was reported stolen at 11:23 a.m. Monday from the 1000 block of Paramount Parkway.
Kane County
• Rodolfo Huerto-Perez, 50, of the 500 block of Ryegrass Trail, Aurora, was arrested after authorities were called at 6:21 p.m. Sunday to the 1200 block of Ziegler Avenue in Aurora Township for a domestic disturbance and learned he had an active warrant for violation of an order of protection from Aurora police, according to a sheriff's report.
