The Gardner School at Yorktown Center is now enrolling for new students
The Gardner School is accepting enrollment at its newest school in the Chicago area.
The Gardner School at Yorktown Center is staffed with lead preschool teachers who have four-year degrees in early childhood education, elementary education, or a closely related field. The stimulating, creative, and educationally engineered school has been designed to meet the needs of our most important client — the children.
“We're overjoyed to bring our academically-focused program to families who live and work near Yorktown Center,” said Tammy Robinson, The Gardner School's chief operating officer. “Now with 10 schools in and around the greater Chicago area, The Gardner School is honored to serve the child care and early education needs of more Chicago-area families with our vibrant learning environment.”
Offering year-round educational programs for full-time and part-time child care for children 6 weeks old through pre-kindergarten, The Gardner School offers researched-based curriculums, along with a summer camp program, Camp Gardner.
Built with children's and families' needs at the forefront, children and parents feel right at home upon entering the classroom or walking past the indoor and outdoor playscapes. Each of The Gardner School's locations are designed with security features to ensure a safe and secure environment with convenient hours and settings.
“Especially in our current social climate, offering parents a safe and secure learning environment for children is of the utmost importance,” said Kerry Alholm, executive director for the Yorktown Center location and TGS veteran leader since 2010. “While The Gardner School has always prioritized health and safety, we're proud to have increased these measures in light of COVID-19, so that families can have a peace of mind with the safety precautions and procedures in place to help keep our students and staff safe,” she adds.
