Hindenburg disaster presentation in Glen Ellyn

The Glen Ellyn Historical Society hosts actor and historian Terry Lynch for a dramatic presentation on the 1937 Hindenburg dirigible disaster at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19.

Lynch portrays WLS reporter Herb Morrison, who was on assignment at Lakehurst Naval Air Station in New Jersey to cover the anniversary of transatlantic passenger service via dirigible.

The presentation is at the Glen Ellyn History Center, 800 N. Main St., Glen Ellyn. Admission is $8, $6 for students ages 18 and under and $6 for members. Call (630) 469-1867 or visit glenellynhistory.org.
