Grains mixed, livestock higher
CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed on Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Mar. was unchanged at $13.1125 a bushel; Mar. corn was off .02 cent at $7.49 a bushel; May oats was up 4.25 cents at $6.42 a bushel; while Mar. soybeans advanced .30 cent at $17.06 a bushel.
Beef and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Apr. live cattle gained 2.17 cents at $1.3877 a pound; Mar. feeder cattle was up .10 cent at $1.5472 a pound; Apr. lean hogs rose .29 cent at $1.0217 a pound.
