Rt. 38 BBQ to host grand opening March 18 in Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN - The new Rt. 38 BBQ will host its grand opening weekend starting Friday, March 18, at 682 W. Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn.

Rt. 38 BBQ offers a variety of juicy smoked meats such as beef brisket, burned ends, back ribs, spareribs, rib tips, pulled pork and pulled chicken. All meats are cooked to perfection with signature and specialty BBQ sauces available for purchase.

"It is incredibly exciting to bring a new BBQ joint to the Glen Ellyn area," chef Eric Feltman said. "It is a cuisine that warms the heart and belly and will be an exciting new addition to the neighborhood. We can't wait to share our rich, smokey flavors and unique sauces with you."

Grand opening hours are: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 18-19, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 20. The restaurant also accepts orders online at rt38bbq.com.
