Alera Group Wealth Services' COO Elected to National Operational Excellence Council
Deerfield, Ill, March 25, 2022 - Alera Group Wealth Services is pleased to announce that Chief Operations Officer Jenny Bures has been selected to the National Operational Excellence Council for Advisor Group, one of the largest networks of independent wealth management firms in the United States.
The newly created Council will represent the voices of financial professionals across Advisor Group and will focus on enhancing the ease of doing business and creating efficiencies.
As part of the group, Bures will serve as a resource for decision-making and help identify and prioritize operational challenges and opportunities in the areas of new account opening and maintenance, policies and procedures, and functionality with the firm's clearing partners.

Bures has more than 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Alera Group Wealth Services, she was director of operations at BMO Harris Financial Advisors, where she led a team of 20 operations associates. In prior roles at BMO, she focused on regulatory compliance and supervising advisory and brokerage transactions. Her experience encompasses both managerial and client-facing roles in the areas of risk assessment, training and client service, in addition to operations and compliance.
