Sacred Rose Fest

Chicago-based Collectiv Presents - operators of the long-running North Coast electronica, hip-hop and rock music festival - is pivoting to something more down-home with the debut of the Sacred Rose Fest. A three-day celebration of the counterculture and hippie spirit still alive in modern-day Americana, psycho-rock, jam, soul, funk and bluegrass music brings Phil Lesh & Friends, Khruangbin, The War on Drugs, Black Pumas, Umphrey's McGee, Moon Taxi, The Disco Biscuits, Maggie Rose, Animal Collective and many more artists to the SeatGeek Stadium Campus, 7000 S. Harlem Ave., Bridgeview. Back where she belongs

Chicago-area fave Heidi Kettenring plays the irrepressible Dolly Levi opposite her real-life husband, David C. Girolmo, who co-stars as curmudgeonly Horace Vandergelder, in Marriott Theatre's revival of "Hello, Dolly!" at 10 Marriott Drive, Lincolnshire. Butterfly encounter
