Meet Daniel Tiger Sept. 10 in Aurora

Celebrate "Be My Neighbor Day" on Saturday, Sept. 10, at Aurora's Water Street Mall.

SPARK and Fox Valley United Way, with PNC Grow Up Great, WTTW, and Fred Rogers Productions, will be welcoming Daniel Tiger and his friend Katerina Kittycat from the series "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood."

It will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Water Street Mall, 13 Water St. in Aurora. It is free; registration is required at www.sparkaurora.org/event/be-my-neighbor-day/.

Get to know your neighbors while enjoying live music from local children's artist Jim Gill, preschool engagement programming from WTTW Kids Learn & Play.

Join in the 100th anniversary celebration of Fox Valley United Way. Visit with over 15 local agencies, enter a grand prize raffle, and make a difference in your community by donating food or diapers to help local food pantries.
