Geneva High to host Post-Secondary Transition Fair for students with disabilities and families

On Monday, Nov. 21, service agencies and educational institutions will be onsite at Geneva High School from 9 to 11 a.m. at the first Post-Secondary Transition Fair.

The goal of the transition fair is to provide information and resources to assist students with disabilities and their families with life after high school.

The event will feature representatives from Kane County Teachers Credit Union, Waubonsee Community College, Elmhurst University, Service, Inc. of Illinois, Project SEARCH, Association for Individual Development, AIM-CIL, the Illinois Department of Human Services, and other agencies.

All families are invited, regardless of their school district, and the event is free of charge.
