Tickets Now Available for Saint Viator's Night of the Lion Fundraiser
Saint Viator High School is preparing to host its annual Night of the Lion fundraiser. The planning committee is excited to be hosting an in-person event after hosting virtual gatherings over the last several years. Night of the Lion will take place on March 4 from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. at the Metropolis Ballroom in downtown Arlington Heights. This will mark the first time in a number of years that the fundraiser has been held off campus.
The event brings together members of the Saint Viator community, including faculty, alumni, and parents for a night of fun and fundraising. After a short program, Night of the Lion guests will enjoy live entertainment, heavy appetizers, an open bar, a raffle, and an auction.
"Night of the Lion is not only an incredibly important night for the school, but it's a fun way for fellow Lions to connect or re-connect," said Kristen Daniels, Senior Director for External Relations for the Arlington Heights school. "We love seeing new and familiar faces at the event and are consistently amazed by the generosity of those who support our mission."
Night of the Lion is the primary fundraiser for Saint Viator's Tuition Assistance Program, which supports approximately one-third of the student body each year. On average, the program distributes $2 million in tuition assistance awards annually, helping more students receive a Saint Viator education.
The cocktail hour will include music provided by students from the Saint Viator Fine Arts program while the evening will conclude with a dueling piano performance after the live auction ends. The raffle will feature a limited number of $100 tickets with the winner choosing between $10,000 cash or full tuition for one student for the 2023-24 school year.
Tickets for the fundraiser are on sale now on the Saint Viator High School website. For more information, bid on silent auction items, or to purchase tickets, visit www.saintviator.com\NOL.
