Hey Nonny Announces Chef's Table Dining

Arlington Heights bistro Hey Nonny has announced a new Chef's Table experience in which a three-course dinner is based on the diner's discussion with Chef de Cuisine Mauricio "Noe" Sanchez.

"Chef Noe has been knocking it out of the park since taking over our kitchen January 1," said Hey Nonny co-owner Chip Brooks. "Not only is his food great tasting and great looking, but he loves to come out of the kitchen to chat with guests."

Hey Nonny patrons have been so happy with Chef Noe's random table visits, that the bistro decided to create a dining experience built around those guest-chef conversations. For Chef's Table guests, Chef Noe will discuss the diners' preferences and what is fresh in the kitchen. He will then design a special three-course dining experience on the spot. Chef Noe then follows up with the diners as they savor his creation for them.

"Chef Noe is so sweet, genuine, engaging and knowledgeable," said Brooks. "Our patrons have been overwhelmed by his personal service and friendly conversation."

To manage Noe's time managing the very busy kitchen, the Chef's Table experience will be limited to three tables per night Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 7:30 p.m. reservations. The Chef's Table experience will cost $55 per diner for the three-course meal.

"We love to connect with our patrons, and this is just another example of what makes Hey Nonny so unique,"said Brooks. "It's going to be fun to watch the experience unfold."

Reservations are available at www.heynonny.com.
