Nonprofits can apply to get pro bono services from Deerfield PR firm

All Points Public Relations, a Deerfield-based, family-owned integrated public relations firm, is rallying nonprofits throughout the Chicago area to submit a nomination for the agency's fifth annual Pro Community Project.

Annually, All Points PR offers award-winning integrated marketing support pro bono to local nonprofit organizations through the PRo Community Project, providing three months of services to a deserving Chicago area organization. This year, the agency is celebrating five years of giving back to the community through the initiative.

First launched in 2018, All Points PR developed PRo Community Project as an avenue to share its commitment to philanthropy. In years past, the agency has supported organizations including Culinary Care, Kidz Express and Erika's Lighthouse. Most recently, All Points PR supported March Fourth, an Illinois-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to pass the federal assault weapons ban.

March Fourth was founded in the days following the shooting in Highland Park on July 4, and All Points PR was honored to provide media relations and news conference support to the organization amid its fight to pass the ban. This included organizing a news event on the front lawn of the U.S. Capitol building with dozens of doctors, a large pool of press and members of U.S. Congress.

"Professionally, I couldn't be more proud. Celebrating five years of PRo Community Project signifies a core value that is shared throughout the agency," said Lauren Izaks, COO of All Points Public Relations, who co-owns the firm with Jamie Izaks, her husband and the president of the company.

"Over the past four years, we have partnered with amazing organizations that are making a tremendous impact on their local communities and beyond. Our team looks forward to this initiative each year, and we welcome submissions from all local organizations that may benefit from our services."

This year, through Aug. 31, Chicago area-based nonprofits can submit their application, sharing why their organization could benefit from publicity, social media, graphic design and content marketing.

All Points Public Relations will evaluate entries based on how the integrated public relations services awarded will positively benefit the applying organizations through awareness, membership and fundraising for a specific campaign.

Deerfield natives, the Izaks launched All Points Public Relations in August of 2011 in pursuit of their own entrepreneurial dream, using the power of integrated campaigns to help franchise brands achieve their strategic goals.

The annual PRo Community Project will include support October through December. Services may include: media relations (news release development, media outreach); graphic design (flyer/brochure creation); social media (content creation); and content marketing (email and blog creation).

Nonprofit organizations interested in the 2023 All Points PRo Community Project can submit an application at allpointspr.com/pro-community-project-submission. Submissions will be accepted through Thursday, Aug. 31, and the winner will be announced via All Points PR's social media channels, as well as contacted directly by email no later than Monday, Sept. 11.
