Batavia preschool to host fall fundraising event Sept. 24

Batavia Covenant Preschool will host its "Fall FUNdraiser" on Sunday, Sept. 24.

It will be 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Batavia Covenant Church, 1314 Main St. in Batavia. Cost is $20 to $50; any donation is appreciated.

This fun day will include: live children's music with Noah Gabriel (Giblin); petting zoo; face painting; fall indoor and outdoor activities and games; a Touch-a-Fire-Truck; Fernando's Street Kitchen food truck (for purchase); and live and silent auctions.

There will be free popcorn, ice cream treats, and water.

All proceeds help Batavia Covenant Preschool keep tuition costs more affordable for hard working families and provides scholarships for families in need. The goal is to provide an affordable, developmentally appropriate faith-based environment for the young children in the surrounding area.

They recommend a minimum donation of $20 per family but any amount is greatly appreciated Get tickets for the event on Eventbrite.com.
