Maryville Crisis Nursery to hold its annual Trunk-or-Treat Oct. 21

Maryville Academy's Crisis Nursery kicks off the Halloween festivities by hosting its annual Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Tolton Peace Center, 5645 W. Corcoran Place, Chicago, IL 60624.

Come dressed in your Halloween costume for a morning of family fun while you trunk or treat from decorated vehicles. Children will have the chance to play games, receive prizes, partake in arts and crafts and enjoy snacks.

Donations of candies, toothbrushes, toothpaste, stickers and stamps for the goodie bags are being collected. The Nursery is also collecting brown paper grocery and/or lunch bags and dollar store trinkets (small spider toys, etc.).

Please drop off all donations at the Crisis Nursery, 6650 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60634 by Oct. 19.
