Yes, Chef! Thanksgiving Help Line ready to answer your cooking questions

If you are preparing Thanksgiving dinner this year, you might be feeling a bit stressed out or you might have culinary challenges to tackle. According to the American Psychological Association, 69% of Americans find preparing a Thanksgiving meal highly stressful. To address this, Kendall College at National Louis University in Chicago is launching the Yes, Chef! Thanksgiving Help Line.

A professional chef, mixologist, sommelier, hospitality manager and pastry chef from among Kendall College's experts are all on standby to help make this year's Thanksgiving meals the best they can be.

Have a vegan on the guest list? Never cooked a turkey before? Need to impress your father-in-law with the wine selection? You can email TASTE@nl.edu your questions until Saturday, Nov. 18, to get answers from professionals in time for turkey day.
