Fuller was one of three winners of the chamber’s annual raffle and donated her winnings to food pantries. Winners of the 2023 Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce TasteFest awards held in October at Wild Onion Brewery & Banquets in Lake Barrington. Winners were, from left: Ambrosia Euro-American Patisserie for Best Dessert; Garfield’s Beverage Warehouse for Best Spirit; Wild Asparagus Catering for Best Taste; and Gianni’s Cafe for Best Entrée. More than 300 guests sampled spirits and tastes from some of the finest purveyors in the Barrington area at the TasteFest. The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for The Diamond Studio, 1320 N. Route 59, #136, Naperville. Mike Calabrese, chamber board member and president of Calabrese Associates, P.C. welcomed the business to the chamber. Owner Sal Saleh is a third-generation jeweler and has worked closely with his grandfather to learn the business. “Trust is the most important thing with our customers,” he said. The expansive produce store includes a bakery and deli selling fresh meat, seafood, and a wide variety of international groceries. Established in 2004, Brookhaven Marketplace was stocked with hard to find items unique to the neighborhoods it served. Today, Brookhaven Market has grown to four stores.
