Wheaton’s Cocoa & Coffee Crawl to warm up downtown

Wheaton’s Cocoa & Coffee Crawl has been rescheduled as a result of the winter storm.

The downtown winter tradition originally was set for Jan. 13. Due to the snow and road conditions, organizers with the Downtown Wheaton Association moved the Cocoa Crawl to noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20.

No action is required for ticket holders. Tickets that already have been purchased automatically will be updated to the new date.

During the event, visitors stroll through downtown, sampling an extensive menu of hot cocoas — including Mexican hot chocolate — and artisan coffees at shops and restaurants. General admission is $18. For details, visit the Downtown Wheaton Association’s website at downtownwheaton.com.
