Glen Ellyn’s Village Links invites public to discuss possible course upgrades

The Village Links of Glen Ellyn will host public meetings to discuss a master plan expected to address the golf course's aging bunkers, par 3 tee space and other proposed improvements.

Golf Course Architect Greg Martin and Village Links employees will present the current master plan and hear public comment. DuPage County forest preserve commissioners recently hired Martin’s firm to develop detailed design plans for renovations of the Maple Meadows course in Wood Dale.

The village of Glen Ellyn owns and operates the 18-hole course off Park Boulevard and the Reserve 22 restaurant. Officials also will discuss potential concepts, phasing, timing and financing during two meetings in the venue’s Blue Heron Room, a banquet space, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26; and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 3.
