Media lies endanger Trump’s safety

It is ironic that your Dec 27, 2023, editorial cartoon accused Trump of lies and hatred. Looking back at your Dec 8, 2023 editorial cartoon, a cartoon President Trump states ideas that the real Trump has never suggested.

Aren’t those lies and isn’t that hatred? Are you so stupid that you actually believe he would do something like that or are you so dishonest that you think that some voters might believe it? It is no wonder so many people are afraid of Trump with a steady flow of lies by the media.

The media has painted a picture of Trump as an awful person. I am afraid that some gullible person will believe this stuff and shoot him. We are seeing truck drivers so angered just by his ridiculous fine that they are threatening not to deliver to New York. What would be the reaction against those who slander Trump if he is killed? I won’t be doing anything violent; but I imagine that there will be those who will.

Quit making up stuff just because you find him personally loathsome. Tell us your real objections to Trump. Imagine where the country would be if we had an honest, objective, media.
