Elk Grove Village officials attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 11 at Cefalù Seaside Sicilian Restaurant to celebrate its one-year anniversary. Located at 1180 W. Devon Ave., Cefalù specializes in authentic Sicilian cuisine, fresh pasta, seafood, and cocktails.
