Assistance League Chicagoland West to award scholarships to College of DuPage students

Assistance League Chicagoland West provides scholarships in the amount of $2,500 to students attending College of DuPage.

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship a student must have completed at least 9 credit hours at the College of DuPage toward a degree or certification and have maintained a grade-point average of at least 2.50.

Adults who are at least 21 years of age and want to attend COD to obtain a degree or certification toward a career may also apply. Interested applicants should go to the Assistance League Chicagoland West website at www.alcw.org/scholars-support and click on Scholars Support under the Programs tab to find an online application and guidelines for the scholarship.

Applications for the Fall 2024 term are due Monday, July 1.

Recipients of the scholarship will have the funds in their COD account to be used for tuition, books, and course supplies.

Funds not used in the fall term will roll over for following terms as long as the student maintains a GPA of at least 2.50 and takes 6 credit hours per semester.
