Registration now open for WAYS summer day camp
The Wayne/Winfield Area Youth/Family Services is offering a summer day camp for children, age 6-13.
It will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays from June 3 to Aug. 9. Sign up for all 10 weeks or just for the weeks/days that interest you.
Cost per week is $125 per child. There is a sliding scale reductions for eligible families. Extended hours from 7:30 to 9 a.m. or 4 to 6 p.m. are available.
The camp offers outdoor and indoor activities; crafts, board games, puzzles, movies; social skill and character building activities; weekly field trips; a camp garden; and Summer Camp Olympics.

Wayne/Winfield Area Youth/Family Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit which serves Wayne and Winfield townships including West Chicago, Winfield, Warrenville, Wayne, Bartlett and Hanover Park.
It provides: counseling, parenting classes and anger management classes in English and Spanish; one-to-one youth tutoring; in-school prevention groups; summer day camp; and continuing education seminars for social workers and counselors.
