The Lombard Ale Fest of summers past has returned in a new form. The Lombard Junior Women's Club, in partnership with Ravenswood Event Services, relaunched the festival under new branding as the Lombard Brew Fest in 2023. In its first year, more than 800 attendees enjoyed the flavors, diversity, and quality of beers produced in the Chicago area and Midwest, while raising funds to support the fund and the Lombard community.

Established in 1930, the Lombard Junior Women's Club supports programs, projects, and other organizations in and around Lombard through monetary and in-kind donations.

Their two signature programs include TLC Camp, a weeklong summer camp for kids with cancer and a sibling, and the Lilac Princess Program. It is a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, one of the largest nondenominational, nonpartisan women’s volunteer organizations in the world.
