Enjoy your summer at Lombard’s Paradise Bay Water Park

Paradise Bay Water Park in Lombard is kicking off the season with special events all summer.

Back by popular demand are Teen Nights at the Pool from 8 to 10 p.m. Thursdays, July 11 and Aug. 8. While you’re swimming the night away, don’t forget about the raffles and pool games for cool prizes. These events are open to all area middle school age youth. Concessions are available, so bring extra money for snacks. Parent/guardian signature is required for admission to Teen Nights at the Pool. Cash only. Bring school ID.

Enjoy a “Night at the Movies” from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, June 13. Join a night of movie soundtracks, crafts, games and visits from your favorite movie characters! Raffles and prizes will also be given out at the event.

On June 20, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Paradise Bay Water Park will host Root Beer Float Night. Show your floats and blowup chairs to receive a ticket for one free root beer float.

Join the park district’s first Family Luau on Friday, June 28, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Everyone will receive a lei and be able to participate in games like limbo and hula. Food and refreshments will be available for you and your family to enjoy. Be sure to wear your Hawaiian shirts to be entered in a special raffle!

On Thursday, July 18, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Paradise Bay will be hosting its most popular event, Rubber Ducky Night. Enjoy games, crafts, and events centered on everyone’s favorite water toy: the Rubber Ducky!

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 5 to 9 p.m., Paradise Bay Water Park is open to all for Customer Appreciation Night, sponsored by Lombard Bank and Trust. As a thank you, all are welcome to participate in games, activities, and prizes during this free event.

Paradise Bay also offers free admission for dads, moms, and grandparents on Sunday, June 16, July 7, and Aug. 4.

The Lombard Park District’s Paradise Bay Water Park is an award-winning state-of-the-art facility with a zero-depth entry leisure pool with spouts, fountains, water sprays, whirlpool, body slide, bowl slide, speed slide and a water walk. Paradise Bay also hosts a 12-foot dive well, eight-lane lap pool, tot pool and Calypso Café.
