Kids can swing over to Glen Ellyn’s Holes & Knolls for mini-golf

Glen Ellyn Park District’s Holes & Knolls, 845 Pershing Ave., features two 18-hole mini-golf courses, with one course fully wheelchair accessible. The Maryknoll Clubhouse also includes a concession stand.

On Friday, July 12, kids, age 3 to 11, can suit up in their best superhero costume and putt their way to victory! Tee off with friends, complete challenges, and finish off the night with a soft drink and treat on the patio. The Putt Putt and Away Mini Golf Tournament will be 5 to 6:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for the best individual costume, best group costume, and most creative costume. Children accompanied by an adult. Registration is required for children only, and there is a $15 fee for each child. Sign up at gepark.org/gepdevent/putt-putt-and-away/.

On Friday, Aug. 9, kids, age 6 to 12, can swing over to Holes & Knolls for a night out with their friends. “Kids on the Course” will be 6-7:30 p.m. They will participate in challenges, compete to win prizes, and then have pizza and a soft drink of their choice. Adults must accompany their kids for check-in and checkout. The fee is $25 for residents and $40 for nonresidents. Visit gepark.org/register.

On Friday, Aug. 23, kids, ages 9-12, can experience an awesome night on the course with friends. At Tween Golf, they will play unlimited mini golf, have a chance at winning prizes, and enjoy a pizza dinner with pop and chips from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Adults must accompany their kids for check-in and checkout. The fee is $25 for residents and $40 for nonresidents. Visit gepark.org/register.

Tee off your child’s birthday with a miniature golf party! Your party includes a two-hour rental of the Maryknoll Clubhouse party room and a discount on miniature golf admission or exclusive use of the red course for 1.5 hours. To book a party, contact Lisa Semetko at lsemetko@gepark.org.
