St. Charles Kiwanis accepting grant applications

The St. Charles Kiwanis Club is currently accepting grant applications for the 2025 fiscal year which begins Oct. 1.

The club awards grants to over 30 area organizations that benefit children in need in St. Charles and/or St. Charles Unit District 303.

Among other criteria, the application asks for the specific project or program for which the grant will be used, that organizations operate without discrimination, and that they inform the club of any service or volunteer opportunities available.

Only children's programs, not including general administration expenses, will be funded.

The grant application is available online only. To apply, go to the club’s website, k05875.site.kiwanis.org, and look under “What We Do” for grants for local nonprofits.

Grant applications are due Aug. 15.
