People on the move: Itasca Bank & Trust, Elgin Chamber, Lee & Associates

Itasca Bank & Trust Co. has appointed Renee Montgomery as its new vice president and director of marketing.

With 25 years of marketing experience, including 15 years dedicated to bank marketing, Montgomery brings innovative strategies and a wealth of knowledge to the Itasca Bank & Trust Co. marketing team.

She will be succeeding Ginny Wagner, who is retiring after a distinguished career with Itasca Bank & Trust Co.

Mensching, president of Itasca Bank & Trust Co. “Her extensive experience in marketing, especially within the banking sector, makes her the ideal candidate to lead our marketing department. Montgomery’s expertise spans across digital marketing, customer engagement, and market analysis.

Linda Siete joins Elgin chamber

The Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce has named Linda Siete its new member relations associate.

“Linda is a valuable addition to our chamber staff,” said Carol Gieske, chamber CEO/president. “As a longtime community leader, she is established and highly active within a wide variety of local Elgin-area organizations and the Hispanic community. She excels in building strong relationships and her wide range of networking contacts will be invaluable in connecting and strengthening our area businesses as well as reaching out in the community to foster engagement.”

Siete, the former general manager of Reflejos Publications, received her associate degree from Elgin Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Judson University in Elgin. Her professional experiences with a promotion and marketing background have led her to many leadership roles and community recognitions, including a Community Service Award from Centro de Informacion and a Lasting Impact Award from Elgin Community College.

She serves on the board for the Ecker Center for Mental Health and the Gail Borden Library Foundation. She is a past member of the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce Board.

“I am eager to represent the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce,” Siete said, “and look forward to building positive relationships with our current and long-standing members, as well as introducing businesses to the wide benefits of becoming affiliated with the Elgin Area Chamber.”

Lee & Associates of Illinois names Brandon Pappas vice president of data analytics

Rosemont-based Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has named Brandon Pappas as vice president of data analytics and business development.

Pappas will oversee the firm’s research initiatives and spearhead data-driven market analysis. His extensive experience will enable the company to provide market-leading industry trend analysis and competitive benchmarking benefiting its corporate, institutional and developer clients.

“We are beyond excited to have Brandon join our team and know that he will improve our processes and deliverables,” said Kenneth Franzese, a founding principal of the firm. “Most importantly, Brandon’s data-mining skills will absolutely drive business growth through the organization.”

Pappas previously worked at CoStar Group, Data & Analytics. He also has experience as a licensed commercial real estate broker.
