Wheaton library to hold its first ‘Star Wars Day’ Sept. 7
Join Wheaton Public Library for their first “Star Wars Day” on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the main floor and lower level of the library, 225 N. Cross St. Costumes are encouraged for this all-ages event.
Participants can look forward to a variety of hands-on activities including Jedi Training provided by Chicago Jedi, trivia, do-it-yourself crafts, games, a door prize drawing, and more. A Light Saber Glow Stick Dance Party will be held from 2:15 to 3 p.m.
Refuel with themed snacks in the “Cantina” (while supplies last) and enjoy live music provided by ZAZZ Jazz Ensemble from 1 to 2 p.m.
