Chicago Theatre Week set for Feb. 6-16
Drury Lane, Northlight, Goodman and Steppenwolf are among the Chicago-area theaters participating in Chicago Theatre Week 2025, taking place Feb. 6-16.
Tickets priced at $30, $15 or less go on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 7, 2025, at chicagotheatreweek.com.
Among the productions offering discounted tickets during theater week are Drury Lane Theatre’s “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical,” Northlight Theatre’s “The Heart Sellers,” Goodman and Definition Theatre’s co-production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning “Fat Ham,” Goodman’s “Betrayal” starring Oscar-winner Helen Hunt, Steppenwolf Theatre’s “Fool for Love,” Court Theatre’s “A Raisin in the Sun” and Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
“Chicago Theatre Week is a time for exploration and discovery. It is a pleasure to bring new audiences to our treasured stages that bring talent from across the globe,” said Marissa Lynn Jones, executive director of the League of Chicago Theatres, in a prepared statement.
The league co-sponsors Chicago Theatre Week with Choose Chicago.
Last year, the 64 theaters that participated in the mini-fest reportedly sold 18,000 tickets to more than 446 performances.
