New Kiddie Academy child development center coming to Vernon Hills

A new Kiddie Academy franchise soon will be coming to Vernon Hills.

Franchisee Vic Gulati recently purchased a 3.27-acre parcel at 300 N. Fairway Drive, within Continental Executive Park. It will be Gulati’s third Kiddie Academy, adding to existing early childhood education facilities in Arlington Heights and Mount Prospect.

The parcel was sold by JRW 2002 LLC, with Brett Kroner of Cushman & Wakefield representing the seller. Lead consultant Kendall Graff and Grant Gary from The Woodmont Company managed the deal.

“This acquisition reflects both the strength of the Kiddie Academy brand and Vic’s commitment to providing top-tier early childhood education in the community,” said Graff. “We’re excited to see this project take shape and know it will be a great asset to Vernon Hills.”
