People on the move: Inland welcomes new chief human resources officer

Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Group, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment and finance groups, has named Stacey Gore-Brown its new chief human resources officer and executive vice president.

Gore-Brown began her career as a labor and employment attorney before shifting focus to human resources management. She previously was in-house counsel to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and held hybrid in-house counsel/human resources positions with The Albertson’s Companies and Walgreens. She also was chief human resources officer for Swissport, First Hospitality and DB Schenker Americas, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy.

Gore-Brown was appointed by Gov. JB Pritzker and confirmed by the state Senate to the Illinois Labor Advisory Board in 2023.

“Inland’s rich history, growth and deeply embedded values made me want to become an Inlander,” Gore-Brown said. “Once I met the team, I knew that I found my second home.”
