Glen’s Friends awarded Cook County Commissioners Resolution

Glen’s Friends, the first Arlington Heights LGBTQIA+ Not for Profit Organization, was honored to receive a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Cook County honoring Glen’s Friends for its work in the community and its continual striving toward love for all.

Glen’s Friends was established in 2023 to honor the life of Glen Brown, a member of a five-generation Arlington Heights family who lost his life tragically during a charity bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

Cook County emphatically supports those organizations and community members who work toward the advancement of inclusion, acceptance and well-being. For more information about Glen’s Friends, visit glensfriends.org or email info@glensfriends.org
