Ben & Jerry’s in Schaumburg, Naperville offer Free Cone Day Tuesday

The Ben & Jerry’s locations at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg and downtown Naperville will be offering a Free Cone Day from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, along with some celebrity guests at the mall.

Each guest will be able to get a free scoop of ice cream. Guests can come through the line as many times as they would like.

The Naperville store will be partnering with the Alive Center in Naperville. Guests can donate $2 to the Alive Center and receive their ice cream in a waffle cone.

At Woodfield Mall, the partner will be Hoffman Estates-based GiGi’s Playhouse. Guests can donate $2 to GiGi’s Playhouse and get their ice cream in a waffle cone.

Celebrities and guest scoopers at Woodfield will include TikTok personalities Cassandra Bowman from 1:30 to 8 p.m., Lucky Chucky aka Charles Hojnacki from 5:30 to 8 p.m., and FranchiseJon from 3 to 5 p.m.

Coop, the Schaumburg Boomers mascot, will also be at the Woodfield store from 2 to 4 p.m.

All money raised will go directly to the nonprofit organizations.

The Naperville store at 120 Water Street, Suite 106 is attached to Hotel Indigo downtown. The Woodfield Mall location is on the first floor near the center, next to Wetzel’s Pretzels and across from Express.
