The Bulls lost a random draw tiebreaker with Dallas, which means the Bulls will have the No. 12 slot for the NBA Draft Lottery, with a 1.7% chance at the top pick.
Both the Bulls and Mavericks finished with 39-43 records this season. The draft lottery takes place May 12 in Chicago.
