Touch-A-Truck display returns to downtown Wheaton
Heavy-duty trucks and municipal vehicles will converge on downtown Wheaton this Saturday for a popular family-friendly event.
The Downtown Wheaton Association’s Touch-A-Truck display returns to a portion of Liberty Drive, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Liberty will be closed between Wheaton Avenue and Hale Street from about 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a city alert.
The city asks drivers and residents for their cooperation in leaving barricades in place to ensure the safety of the event gathering. Drivers may experience temporary traffic delays and choose to adjust their route to avoid the area.
