Inconsistent values

On April 14, the Daily Herald reported a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian town of Sumy. At least 34 people were killed, including two children. President Zelensky condemned the attack, saying “Only filthy scum can act like this--taking the lives of ordinary people”. Quite right. On April 10, the Daily Herald reported an Israeli airstrike on a residential building near Gaza City, which killed at least 23 people including eight women and eight children. Why doesn’t Israel face the same criticism?
