Test the young drivers
Bottom line: For every 1,000 drivers over age 75, fewer than 25 are involved in crashes each year while adults 20-24 have three times that many. So, if your interest is public safety, why don’t 20-24 year olds have annual tests instead of dithering on about mandatory testing for seniors?
