Her educational qualifications include educational consultant and coach of the Regional Office of Education in Geneva, director of curriculum, instruction and assessment of Community Unit District 300 and Principal of K.E. Neubert Elementary School. She earned a doctorate in education with a major in educational leadership from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University.
Her 28 years of educational experience, exemplary moral character and dedication to her family and her community more than qualify Donna for the position.
