Home decor shop moves to new spot

AURORA -- A Walk 'N Thyme, Home and Garden Decor recently moved to a new location. The shop, formerly at 207 S. Third St. in Geneva, is now within the Invitations Etc. store at 355 E. Indian Trail in Aurora. The store will continue many of the same product lines as before. A grand re-opening is set to take place from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be giveaways, a floral presentation and more.

Paradise event set for eye care shop

ST. CHARLES -- Family Eye Care hosts an Evening in Paradise frame show from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday. The event features exclusive showings of designer frames from Maui Jim, Gucci, Tag Heuer and Calvin Klein. The shop is at 620 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.

New gourmet tea seminar scheduled

GENEVA -- The Ceremony of Tea is the name of a seminar set for Oct. 9 at The Little Traveler, 404 S. Third St. Tickets are $18 for the 2:30 p.m. event.
