Baseball camp was great - and bargain

I would like to commend Coach Jim Kating of South Elgin High School on the summer baseball camp we attended the past two weeks for sixth through eighth grade youth.

My husband has been coaching my son and other kids since he was 3 years old, and my family has been coaching or involved in South Elgin Little League for 25 years. This camp was very reasonably priced and involved great coaches from South Elgin High School, Fox Valley Sports Academy, and The Hitting Zone all at once.

When I signed up my son for the camp, it was because he just loves baseball and wants to learn, play, and strategize the game all the time. What we received was two weeks of great instruction, fun for all the kids, and more than we bargained for.

In this economy, it is so nice to see coaches who just love baseball and want kids to succeed and learn from hard work, dedication and a strict regimen combined with a love of America's favorite pastime at a reasonable price so all kids can afford to improve their skills.
