Congressional art contest open to submissions

Submissions are being accepted for the 2024 Congressional Art Competition.

The theme of this year’s contest is “Celebrating the American Cultural Mosaic.”

The nationwide competition is open to high school students in every congressional district. It’s sponsored by the Congressional Institute.

Interested students should submit entries to their congressional representative’s office.

Winners are recognized in their districts and at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. The winning pieces are displayed for one year at the U.S. Capitol.

For more information, including rules and a directory of congressional representatives, visit house.gov/educators-and-students/congressional-art-competition.
