Cirque du Soleil coming to Now Arena in June

After a four-year absence, Cirque du Soleil returns to the Chicago area next spring with "Corteo," which last played here in 2006, a year after its Montreal premiere.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, Nov. 7, for five performances running June 1 through 4, 2023, at the Now Arena, 5333 Prairie Stone Parkway, Hoffman Estates. They're available online at cirquedusoleil.com/corteo.

Presale tickets for Club Cirque members are available for purchase online at clubcirque.com.

The show, whose title is the Italian word for "cortège," unfolds as a beloved clown recalls his life: favorite childhood memories, past loves and performances with friends. The show features aerialists, acrobats, jugglers, clowns and other cirque artists and is set to a score that combines European pop and folk with gypsy influences.
