No one injured by gunfire in Gurnee area

No one was injured when several shots were fired Monday morning in an unincorporated area near Gurnee, according to the Lake County sheriff's office.

Deputies and a police dog responded to a report of shots fired on the 36000 block of North Grand Oaks Lane about 2 a.m. Monday. Deputies recovered multiple 9 mm shell casings at the scene. One home was damaged.
