St. Charles Kiwanis accepting grant applications

The St. Charles Kiwanis Club is accepting grant applications for the 2024 fiscal year which begins Oct. 1.

The club awards grants to more than 30 area organizations that benefit children who are in need in St. Charles and/or St. Charles Unit District 303.

Previous applicants will be sent applications on July 1, which is also the date that applications will be available on the club's website, kiwanisofstcharles.org.

Among other criteria, the application asks for the specific project or program for which the grant will be used, and that organizations inform the club of any service or volunteer opportunities available.

Applications must be submitted by email only to one of three addresses: lang6261@yahoo.com, sclinks@comcast.net or johnmradman@gmail.com.

The deadline for submission is Tuesday, Aug. 15.
