Winners selected from over 60 entries in St. Charles Electric Christmas Parade

The annual St. Charles Holiday Homecoming Weekend, presented by St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, took place on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 25-26 in downtown St. Charles.

This kickoff to the holiday season featured the Lighting of the Lights ceremony, a free holiday movie, Santa's House, the Electric Christmas Parade, and more.

The Electric Christmas Parade showcased more than 60 entries that were judged by a panel of judges who selected winners in three categories: business, nonprofit, and children, with a Best in Show.

The 2023 Electric Christmas Parade winners are as follows:

• Best in Show: VW Vocho Club Chicago

• Children's category: Cub Scouts Pack 150, first place; Duet Dance Academy, D2 Performing Company, second place; and St. Charles Swim Team/Aquatics, third place.

• Nonprofit category: St. Charles Park District, first place; Support Over Stigma, second place; and Anderson Humane, third place.

• Business category: Garage 31, first place; Blue Peak Tents Inc., second place; and Fox Town Plumbing, third place.
