Da Vinci hosts Northwestern enrichment program March 19-20

Da Vinci Academy in Elgin is hosting an Accelerated Weekend Experience, presented by Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development.

Students in fifth and sixth grade can take a class in Star Logo computer game design, while students in seventh and eighth grade can take forensic science.

The classes meet from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 19 and Sunday, March 20 at the Elgin school, 37W080 Hopps Road.
