Dan Seals can't even vote for himself

There is an irony, if one thinks about It regarding the perennial Democratic candidate Dan Seals running for the Congressional 10th District seat.

First, one wonders why Mr. Seals chooses not to run in the 9th Congressional District where he is and has been a resident for each of the three times he has run to represent residents in the 10th Congressional District.

Is it safe to presume that, as a Democrat, running in the Democratic primary, he would be unable to unseat the entrenched Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky?

Second, as he campaigns asking for your vote, remember as a non-resident of the 10th Congressional District, he is unable to cast a vote for himself.
