Regency Oaks nears close-out with 13
Rolling Meadows-based Kimball Hill Homes is counting down to closeout at Regency Oaks in Bartlett, where the last 13 of the community's 79 estate-style homes are available.
Located on West Bartlett Road off of Route 59, Regency Oaks offers seven two-story floor plans base-priced from $497,990 to $552,990. Homes range from 2,700 to 3,516 square feet and have four bedrooms, 2½ baths, partial basements and three-car garages.
Available home sites include one oversized site measuring nearly a half acre, as well as locations that have water views or back up to mature wooded areas. The final sites are set on gently rolling terrain, meaning all of the final homes will have either a look-out or walkout basement.
Each of the remaining home sites also allows buyers to choose from all seven floor plans available in the community.
All homes have gourmet eat-in kitchens, and master suites with dual walk-in closets and attached baths including a separate tub and shower. Floor plans also feature fireplaces, two-story family rooms, first-floor dens and second-floor game rooms or lofts, per plan. Buyers can choose from options including arched openings and columns in the entry way, a sun room or extended family room.
The final homes at Regency Oaks also include two quick-delivery homes complete with a full package of features and finishes. One is available for immediate move-in and features the 3,428-square-foot Westchester II floor plan. Priced at $667,108, it has four bedrooms, 3½ baths, a second-floor game room and a full look-out basement.
It includes a deluxe master bath, volume ceilings on the second floor, and a butler's pantry. The home also features an optional guest suite configuration, in which a third full bath is attached to one of the second-floor bedrooms.
