Glamorama tickets on sale

MC Hammer and Cyndi Lauper will headline this year's Macy's Glamorama, the annual bash that focuses on fashion and fundraising. It will be held Aug. 22 at the Chicago Theatre. The '80s-themed event begins with musical performances and a runway show featuring collections from 28 shops and designers, including Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan Collection and Just Cavalli. The post-party will be held on the seventh floor of Macy's State Street store, where the entertainment includes food and cocktails, a Rubik's Cube lounge, Pac-man and Donkey Kong arcade games and interactive break-dancer performances.
